Opening Hours:
Mon – Wed: 8 AM – 5:30 PM
Thursday: 8 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8 AM – 5:30 PM
Sat – Sun: CLOSED

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with extended hours until 7:00 PM on Thursdays. We also offer Pilates sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until 7:00 PM.
